In collaboration with Bolivian fashion designer Luciana Bowles, ESME COLLECTION came to life. "It's about bringing freshness, delicacy and art into the clothes" - said the designer. Bowles only wanted to work with one specific fabric, linen, which comes perfect for Santa Cruz's warm weather. The fabric's flow combined with the hand painted details was the perfect subtle representation of art into fashion.
4 pieces carry delicate painted flowers in different colors and 2 dresses carry an abstract colorful stroke.

Hand painted bull skulls over metal plate was the proposal for El Arriero, the finest Bolivian steakhouse restaurant. When Maria, the owner came to me with this idea, I was completely fascinated. She had these 4 different sizes bull skulls and I suggested to drill them into a round metal (also painted) plate. They ended up hanging on the restaurant terrace looking so chic and unique.

Camel Cigarretes
2020
Along with the acknowledged restobar Boulevardier and the cigarettes' brand Camel; beautiful and unique ceramic pieces were created. A round and sophisticated ashtray and a Camel sculpture reflect the elegance and artistic inspiration that Boulevardier portrays. Both made with local Bolivian clay, varnished and hand painted.

"Arte en Casa" - Mestizo
2021
"Art at home" or "Arte en Casa" in Spanish is an artistic collaboration with the Bolivian brand Mestizo. Mestizo focus on concrete and ceramic plants pots that will bring nature to any space. In this edition they ask several Bolivian artist to paint concrete pots as they feel the inspiration.

Architect Ariela Hosen, civil engineer Maria Pia Hossen and architect Veronica Alvarez created a space to explode the creation and production of art showed in painted canvas, metal plates, and ceramic pieces. The Atelier is perfect for artists and free lancers who have a strong character, no feer of discovering themselves and are in the search of seeking inspiration around everything that surrounds them. A space that is there for one's since the inspiration hits until the actual poetical moment of creating an art piece. "In between colors, geometry, and texture is where we find ourselves"

Architect Tassiana Oshiro used two of Ariela Hossen's paintings to adorn the walls of her 2017 Casa Cor design. The container house includes a living room, kitchen, and master bedroom all designed to exemplify contemporary innovations in Latin and South America.

Art into Fashion

Ariela Hossen's painting "Entrelazado y Sobrepuesto" (Descubriendo Azules, 2013), inspired the elegant dress shown below. Designed by Dayra Balladares, a Nicaraguan fashion designer, the dress embodies the vivid colors and textures of Ariela Hossen's work.

Atlantis Lobby
2016
Designed and constructed by Hossen Constructora, the Atlantis building is a residential and commercial tower located in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. Ariela was tasked with painting on a grand scale in order to fill the walls of the lobby. The paintings which are done on metal panels play with color and scale to enliven and inspire the entrance of an impressive structure.
Casa Cor Bolivia

The installation by Ariela Hossen was the final exhibition space in the 2016 Casa Cor. The hologram in the center represents the Atlantis building to come. The installation advertises the building of the Atlantis tower in 2018.
